What we agree, clearly

These terms apply to make-up services (including the make-up trial), lashes and brows, courses, workshops and self-make-up lessons, and gift vouchers booked through this site, on WhatsApp or by phone. What we agree in writing for your booking (date, time, place, quote) completes these terms and, where it is more specific, takes priority.

The site presents the services; it is not an online shop and shows no prices. Every request receives a personal quote.

• Bookings are made on WhatsApp (or by phone). The site’s buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-written message that you can change before sending.
• I reply with my availability and a quote made for you (occasion, place, number of people, any travel).
• The booking is firm only once I confirm it in writing, with the date, time and place. Until then the date is not reserved.
• How and when you pay, and the cost of travel outside Târgu-Mureș, are agreed at confirmation.
• Brides should book early — many do so up to a year ahead, especially for the March–October season.

There is no deposit for make-up — for any kind of make-up, bridal included.

For courses, workshops and the self-make-up lesson, your place is reserved with a deposit. You hear the amount when you enrol, and the place is yours once the deposit has been received. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded: the place was held just for you, and the groups are small.

If I cancel or move the course and the new date does not suit you, I refund the deposit in full.

If you can no longer make it or want another date, let me know on WhatsApp as early as possible so the day can go to someone else — especially in the busy season. Rescheduling depends on which days are still free.

If I cannot keep an appointment (for example, for health reasons or force majeure), I tell you straight away and we look for another date or a solution together; you do not pay for a service that did not take place.

• A voucher is ordered on WhatsApp, with the message composed on the vouchers page; I confirm the details and how it is delivered (digital or printed).
• The validity is stated on the voucher and confirmed when you order.
• Whoever receives the voucher messages me on WhatsApp and we choose the date together, depending on free days, as for any booking.

I send you the format, date, length and content of each course before you enrol. Course and workshop dates are announced on Instagram. The deposit rules are those above.

I work with professional products, but every skin is different. Before your appointment, tell me about any known allergy (including to cosmetics, latex or fragrance), sensitive or irritated skin, eye conditions, contact lenses, and recent dermatological or aesthetic treatments.

For lash or brow lamination and tinting I may recommend a patch test beforehand. If your skin or eyes are irritated on the day, I may adapt or postpone the service for your safety. If a reaction appears afterwards, let me know and see a doctor. My advice is a make-up artist’s, not medical advice.

Photos and videos in which you appear (including before / after) are published on the site or social media only with your consent. You can say no without any effect on the service and withdraw your consent at any time; I then remove them from the site and my accounts. When the photos are taken by your photographer, I credit them.

The site’s texts, photos, videos, logo and graphics belong to Cream Beauty Studio or their authors and may not be copied or used without permission. You are always welcome to share links to the site.

I provide the services with professional care and am responsible for them as the law provides. The information on the site is given in good faith and may change; I am not responsible for external services (WhatsApp, Instagram and others) or for temporary interruptions of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Nothing in them restricts the rights you have as a consumer, including those under Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 for distance contracts, where it applies.

If something is not right, write to me first — we almost always find a solution. Otherwise you can contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC), www.anpc.ro, or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL), www.anpc.ro/sal. The EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR) was closed in July 2025.
